Team Impressive Kindness Initiative

The Team Impressa Kindness Initiative was conceived as a way to give back to the communities that have served the company so well. The germ of the idea was planted as we learned of an organization that is doing outstanding work to address homelessness and food insecurity in Massachusetts. Because our raison d’etre revolves around homes and housing, the ability to help others find housing dovetails nicely with our business goals.

Organizations We Are Supporting

Since 9/11, Tunnel to Towers has been helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. We are also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America to Never Forget September 11, 2001.

The Community Day Center of Waltham provides day shelter and support services to adults who are experiencing homelessness. We strive to create a safe, judgement-free culture that is grounded in hospitality, compassion and mutual respect.

The vision of the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless is to expand and enhance programs and initiatives that drive long-term systemic change solutions. We are committed to addressing and ultimately resolving disparities in housing, income, education, health, and racial equity, creating a more just and equitable future for all residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 

How We Are Supporting these Organizations

  1. With every home sale, Team Impressa will make a cash donation to each organization.
  2. We will solicit items to help the organizations such as non-perishable food, new socks and underwear and gently used clothing.
  3. When we hold community events, we will invite attendees to help support these organizations.
  4. Team Impressa is making our Affinity program available to the staff and volunteers who provide so much caring and help.
